The NFL playoffs are here, and so it's time to predict every single game. Let's go.
NFC Wild Card
Packers vs Eagles: Eagles 31-20
Commanders vs Buccaneers: Buccaneers 38-30
Vikings vs Rams: Vikings 35-28
Hopefully, the Eagles avoid what the Cowboys did last year and lose to the Packers at home. I am a little concerned that Jalen Hurts doesn't look his best coming off weeks of rest. The Buccaneers' offense has been on fire for most of the year, and I'd say they look better than the Commanders. I'm not worried about the Vikings despite a dismal showing in Detroit.
AFC Wild Card
Broncos vs Bills: Bills 38-16
Ravens vs Steelers: Ravens 35-20
Chargers vs Texans: Chargers 20-17
The Broncos are playing with house money, so they shouldn't feel ashamed of their season thus far, but I don't think they stand a chance in Buffalo. The Steelers have looked awful lately, losing 4 in a row, and I definitely don't think that's changing. The Texans have also been struggling, but their defense hasn't looked terrible. The combination won't be enough.
NFC Divisional
Buccaneers vs Eagles: Eagles 31-30
Vikings vs Lions: Lions 34-27
The Eagles will be out for revenge facing the Bucs team that eliminated them last year. It'll be a great game, but I see the Eagles showing a bit more. The Vikings will also be out for revenge playing the team who swept them in the regular season, but the Lions will complete the rare 3-game sweep.
AFC Divisional
Ravens vs Bills: Bills win 34-30
Chargers vs Chiefs: Chiefs win 34-23
That Ravens-Bills matchup will be one to watch. Lamar Jackson vs Josh Allen? Hell yeah. Bring it on. Oh yeah, we also got Justin Herbert vs Patrick Mahomes for the 3rd time this year, and Mahomes and the Chiefs pull off another 3-game sweep.
NFC Championship
Eagles vs Lions: Lions 38-31
(Sigh) It's my head vs my heart here. As much as I want to believe the Eagles will win, the Lions have probably the best offense in the league, and Dan Campbell is one hell of a coach. So, for the first time in franchise history, the Lions head to the Super Bowl
Bills vs Chiefs: Chiefs 35-30
I know it's boring to predict the top seeds from each conference to play in the Super Bowl. But come on, it's the Chiefs. They'll BS their way to a Super Bowl no matter what. And Bills fans will feel either indescribable rage or just nothing following yet another playoff loss to the Chiefs.
So, will the Lions get their first Super Bowl, or will the Chiefs become the first team to ever go back-to-back-to-back? Here's my answer.
Super Bowl LIX
Chiefs vs Lions: Lions 31-28
Super Bowl MVP: Jahmyr Gibbs
The Lions win their first ever Super Bowl. I mean, this HAS to be their year, right? They've suffered too much for it not to be. This would be one hell of a Super Bowl matchup, and the Matt Stafford-Jared Goff trade will go down as one of the best, with both of them getting rings.
Those are my 2025 NFL Playoff predictions. I can't wait for the playoffs to begin.
